Medi Loyalty is a loyalty program for Clinic Medi patients that gives you more benefits with every visit.
You start earning bonus points from your very first payment.

Medi Loyalty Tiers & Cashback

Your loyalty status is determined by the total amount of your accumulated payments at Medi:

• Medi Classic
  Up to ₾1,000 → 2% cashback
• Medi Silver
  ₾1,000–₾5,000 → 5% cashback
• Medi Gold
  ₾5,000–₾10,000 → 10% cashback
• Medi Platinum
  Over ₾10,000 → 15% cashback

1 bonus point = ₾1

• Bonus points can be used only for cosmetic services
• Bonus points can be used partially or in full

How Do You Earn Bonus Points?

After each service payment:

• Bonus points are automatically added to your Medi Loyalty account
• The amount of bonus points earned depends on your current loyalty status

How Does Your Status Change?

Once your total accumulated payments reach the threshold for a new tier:

• Your status is automatically upgraded
• The new status takes effect within 1 day of your latest payment

Important Terms

Please note:

• Bonus points cannot be used together with promotions or discounts
• Bonus points:
  • cannot be transferred to another patient
  • cannot be exchanged for cash

Bonus Point Validity

• Medi Loyalty bonus points do not expire
• Your accumulated bonus points remain in your account and do not expire.
